Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your swimwear in its original compostable packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene strips remain attached and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
